Highfield Squash

On-line Booking:
Members with internet access can book courts up to 4 days in advance. You will need a username and password. This is provided via Highfield Squash Committee and is unique to each member. You will also be provided with a membership card (credit card size with a magnetic strip) that will allow you to book a court from the terminal located in the squash club. This card is also used to confirm your booking once you arrive at the club and to turn on the lights. Members are reminded that both the swipe card and the PIN are for their use only and must not be given to others.

Booking Credits and Light Tokens:
When you book a court you use up two of your credits. These credits are free and are automatically refunded when you confirm your use of the court at the court-side terminal using your swipe card. If you do not 'confirm' you will lose those credits and you will eventually be unable to book. This is to discourage 'no shows'. Courts can be cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours before the time without loss of credits and on the day of you match with a loss of only one credit. Courts can be swapped any time without penalty.

You activate the lights for your match by using your swipe card and each 40 minute match will use two of your tokens (1 token = 20 mins). Tokens cost €54 for 50, €22 for 20 or €12 for 10. These tokens can be bought on-line only from March 2011. Buy tokens here. The metal tokens have been discontinued.
