Booking credits

On joining or rejoining all members receive 14 booking credits. Each time a court is booked 2 credits are used. These are returned when the court is confirmed or cancelled. Failure to do this will mean the credits are lost and this can eventually result in you being unable to book. You can buy them back (refreshed to 14) at a cost of € 11.00.

Only the member that books a court uses their credits. A member added as a playing partner for a booking does not use any credits and nor do they lose credits if they fail to confirm. The ability to add a partner to a booking is provided as a convenience to members as both players will then get a reminder email on the morning of the booking.

The allocation of bought back booking credits is NOT done automatically so please be aware that failure to confirm courts may cause a delay in renewal of credits.

To buy back booking credits:

Enter the name of the person to receive the credits - this must be entered.
Start to type the member's name in the box. A filtered list will appear beneath as you type. Click or tap the recipient's name on the list to select.
You can also buy back credits for another member, just be sure to enter their name rather than your own.
Click the Pay Now button.

Members will be notified by email when these booking credits have been added

The payment of € 11.00 includes the PayPal transaction charge (3.4% plus 35c)
